I don't get Father's Day. Or Mother's Day.
ReplyDeleteFor me every day, since my son was born, is mother's day. I look at him and I am happy 365/365 or however many days the year has.
Having said that, my father is getting older and the shit has hit the fan. No, he isn't senile or anything. It's just that his true colours are intensifying. Big time. It's a wrench.
Anyway, enjoy your fatherhood, Cro, let your kids enjoy their father; be there for them, don't close your mind and, occasionally, admit when you have made a mistake.
