A Sign from Above

I was coming home from shopping yesterday, when I noticed this rather nice, and unusual, reflection from the sun on a newly painted wall.

I'm not sure from whence it came but there was a motorbike parked nearby, so it might have come from its mirrors.

It was like a sign from 'heaven'. A good one I hope!

  1. What a fantastic capture. Best graffiti I have ever seen. If you believe in signs, lets hope it is a good one.

    1. When I was taking the photo, others came up behind me and were also intrigued by it.

    1. No. No alcohol was consumed in the taking of this photo!

  3. Are you sure it's not a missile aiming device?
    Sorry, bad taste joke.

    1. Seeing as the image is 'double', I'm wondering if it wasn't reflected from some double glazing somewhere.

    1. It was rather bizarre, the next time I pass by I must check that it isn't sprayed on.

  5. That is exactly how space aliens from the Planet Zog normally announce their arrival. It is well-known that Brighton is one of their favoured holiday destinations along with Dagenham, Tower Hamlets and Grimsby.

    1. A crop circle with EXACTLY this pattern was recently seen on Ilkley Moor (of bar-tat fame). I believe they got lost on their way South, but soon managed to escape.

  6. Is this a reflection or a geometric painted on the wall?

    1. It's a reflection of some sort, but I couldn't work-out from where.
