The Pogues & Kirsty McColl Fairytale Of New York

I suppose this has to be the greatest Christmas song of all time, so I'm posting it before someone else does. There's not a lot to say about Shane MacGowan, and probably far too much to say about the very sad (and suspicious) demise of poor Kirsty MacColl. She had the most beautiful voice.

I recommend, when finished, that you click on 'Up Next' (where it says You're a bum. You're a punk) and read, and sing-along to, the words.

Sorry Cro - I've always hated this one - I'd rather listen to Bing Crosby or Nat King Cole (and that's saying something).

I don't get it either Cro...those lyrics are just plain nasty.

One of my favourite Christmas songs. Makes me want to do a little jig

I don't really like it. Sorry Cro. I appreciate that it's different than what I'd normally listen to though. Anyway, just not my style.

Looks like I'm out-voted.
