In other news, I am hearing from more than one source that the rioting/protests in France have been going on all week. What are you seeing/hearing, Cro?
It's calming down now (at least outside of Paris). The yellow jackets were blocking a major entry to a motorway between Annecy and Geneva and the police moved them on this morning. Yes it was a strong protest but nobody (outside of Paris) was dodging bullets. Most of us were just slightly inconvenienced trying to get work but yes the public did support them. We'll see what happens.
The guys I see near me are more having a get-together, than protesting. They've built a shack, have a brazier, and seem to drink a lot of coffee. Maybe on Saturdays (which I avoid) they become vocal.

Hmm, real life!
Don't they have to take some sort of santa Claus oath...or maybe it's oaf
They just sharpen their Claus!
They all need to go and sit on the naughty step.
I quite expect their Mummys gave them a good ticking off. No Rice Pudding for you m'lad.
https://youtu.be/T1xlAZkFsIg, here you can find other strange things that Santa does.
Santas, Santas, everywhere; but not one is sober! Thank you for that (I think).
Give them the sack!
The jokes get worse and worse.
Yesterday on your post about the missing woodpile I forgot to log off but I've done it now.
I don't think they were REAL Santas at all - they'd just bought some cheap costumes to go on the razz. Real ones would never be so undignified!
You may be right; one would have to make enquiries.
Wood that your jokes got better!
Reminds me of childhood Christmases.
Not mine; thank goodness.
Could they be fighting about "Baby it's Cold Outside".
Too much eggnog?
More likely for who should pay for the next round of drinks.
And not enough 'Good Cheer'.

I thought it was a joke at first
Fancy dress day of drinking in New York
'Tis the season!!!! LOL! Merry Christmas to you & yours, Cro. xo
Santas' office party. I've seen worse at Christmas work break ups.

Yeah.... 'cheers' to you too.
Isn't it?
At least they enjoy themselves.
