That Tree 2013.

It's not easy to photograph this year's tree, but if you enlarge it, it may give you some idea.

I've suspended it from a beam, so that the branches come down rather than go up.

There are still more things to go on; the fairy, some greenery, and possibly some birds.

Anyway, it looks very 'Christmassy'.

Especially with the lights on.

  2. You have no idea how happy your tree makes me! I took a branch from one of our trees, painted it white and nailed it to the wall in our dining room. And then covered it with all white ornaments and white birds. Then in the middle one red crystal ornament. My husband doesn't get it, so I did decorate a regular dull tree for him in the living room but the white tree is mine, al mine...

  3. P.S. Whose art is on the wall? And who painted the diamonds on the wall? A magnificent abode my friend.

    1. An old painting of mine! The diamonds were my idea; Lady M was away and asked me to paint the sitting room walls. This was my response.

  5. I always do a twig tree but not an upsidedown one - how do you manage not to walk into it with it being so low?

  7. It is lovely. I have some twisted hazel twigs, painted silver many years ago, that come out for Christmas, with small clear glass droplets hung from them. Not sure how the 2 artificial trees will survive this year with a 6 month old puppy around!
