Cro's method of releasing rockets may be a little unconventional, but it's the way I've always done it and I'm not giving up now.
We'd enjoyed a good meal with plenty of wine, after which there's nothing better than a few fireworks.

Guess I'm a spoilsport, too. I agree with Arleen; kinda looks like an accident waiting to happen.
One new year's eve, when a bunch of our friends were gathered at our place... with a cozy fire in the fireplace, and plenty of firewater imbibed to warm us on the inside, as well... my husband said he was going to throw some firecrackers into the fireplace. Dismissing that whole idea as totally ridiculous, I didn't believe him. But that's exactly what he did. I jumped and spilled perfectly good champagne...
