One thing is guaranteed; as soon as the sun shines, the local girlies turn up for a swim.
I can only see 4 in the photo, but I'm sure there were at least six (maybe that's one under the water). They jump, shout, scream, and occasionally do a bit of actual swimming.
When I took this picture yesterday, the water temperature was TWENTY-NINE DEGREES C. You could almost have boiled an egg in it

Nice bunch of kids.

All your hard work and suffering has been repaid, it looks wonderful.
You know I must be psychic - I knew you would post about the swimming pool today - weird. Surprised you didn't join them - or is it against the rules (Lady M's rules that is).
I send them all home before I swim. They're too noisy!
It might be more fun when all their lovely Mammas arrive :-D
It looks like a perfect summer day to take a swim. The pool looks inviting and it's always nice to have some company.
I should also have mentioned that the oldest amongst them is about 13.
Their lovely Mammas all stay at home; happy for the peace and quiet!
I can just imagine you in a straw boater singing, 'Thank 'eaven, for leetle girls...'
HA! I really liked Hippo's comment.
You're a terrific neighbor. And the kids are doing you the fine favor of sloshing the water up real well to make it easier to keep the pool clean, too.
'Sank 'eaven when zee leetle girls have gone 'ome...
Ooh, pool envy!
Very generous of you to share your beautiful pool and yard with the neighbour children.
YOU have a pool? I'll be over right away. Sadly though I won't bring as much viewing pleasure as the youngsters but I'll make a bigger splash thus killing off more bugs that might be growing in the waters
So nice to have a pool. I have to settle for the garden sprinkler (cold mountain water), the little Salmon River (even colder mountain water) or drive to Okanagan Lake (not quite so cold mountain water).
Zee leetle girls are very lucky!
nothing quite like the high-pitched screams of little girls. simply ear shattering. how generous of you to let them loose in your pool. yes, I see one under water, after cannon-balling in (see splash).
btw, Cro, new blog address (yes, again) http://my86400sec.blogspot.com
Hope you don't wear a raincoat Cro when you take those pics ?
Looks so inviting, i don't blame the girls for popping round to see if they can have a swim. You are a good neighbour!
Nasty man!
