After all the anxiety, tears, and frustration, it's really good to know that's she's safe. Of course her blindness and Epilepsy won't go away, but she'll be well looked after once again.
Good news indeed! But It seems from what you have said in the past,that dogs in rural France are allowed to wander wherever they like, so not surprising that some go missing.
