How do you do; I'm Charles.
Don't be ridiculous, Charles died 20 years ago.
Must be a different Charles.
Are you telling me I don't know my own brother!
No, no.
How's your gorgeous girlfriend?
She's no longer my girlfriend!
Oh dear, I wouldn't get too gloomy about it, rumour had it that she never stopped bonking Toby de Lisle in case you didn't work out.
She is now my wife!
Excellent, congratulations.
It's been raining here. You may have guessed; I've just been watching 'Four Weddings'. Funny film.

So very English! Loved the film from the first line 'f*%*'!
Favourite characters were the two gay guys
The only bad bit was the awful Andie MacDowell.
Hugh grant just played himself as he does in every film but this was the first time I heard of him and his Englishness was classic..to me
Love it! One of my favourites.
Remember being taken to a midnight cinema showing of Four Weddings by my family back in my UK days. Loved the film then, and still do.
It was a good film. I can't remember what happens but I know I enjoyed watching it!
Not having seen it, thanks for the explanation.
Is it still raining? I hadn't noticed..
One of the few films that we have on DVD.
Notting Hill, French Kiss and Love Actually + 4 W & a F are go to Sunday afternoon regulars.
He's played the same part ever since.
It was good to watch it again; perfect for a rainy afternoon.
It's a classic.
That's good, when you watch it again it'll be all new to you.
Oh, you must. Good fun film.
Is it possible to act more 'wooden' than that? Methinks not.
I also watched Love Actually again whilst we were rained in. Another good one.
Beautiful sunny day here,25c.
Foul here all night and all morning; now the sun is shining. Never a dull moment.
He played himself as an OS surveyor in 'The Man Who Went Up A Hill and Came Down a Mountain' but I much preferred the entertaining barkeeper Morgan the Goat and the village Priest. Those two saved the day!
It is a good film, Years since I watched it. I liek the bit with the deaf guy describing the woman!
It makes me sad now to see Charlotte Coleman (the actress who played the bridesmaid with her knickers showing in the first wedding). For those who don't know, she died far too young of an asthma attack. And although my asthma is well controlled, and I am much older than 33, it still bothers me to see her. Such a wonderful actress taken too soon.
As for Andie Macdowell... Whose stupid idea was it to take her off the modelling podium and into the world of acting?
It's filled with some very funny sketches; some of the best writing around.
Yes, she was a lovely girl. I'm an ex-asthmatic. As a child I used to think I was going to die (no inhalers in those days). I have now been almost asthma free for years.
Whoever hired Andie MacDowell must want his/her head looking at. She was dreadful.
