You're The Best Thing - Paul Weller, and Boy George.
Here is the Modfather himself, Paul Weller, with his chum and national treasure Boy George singing 'You're The Best Thing' in front of a non-existent audience. I think it's worth watching in Full Screen.
I've been a huge George fan since I first saw him on Top of the Pops in 1982. Dad was on late shift (Police Sergeant) and mum was watching TOTP with me. Of course, there was the discussion about whether 'it' was male or female, I got it right! I loved his voice then, I love his voice now, and doubtless will love his voice always! I've met him on several occasions, and he's a lovely man. He also has remarkable eyes! Paul Weller, however, you can keep, I actively dislike him, no idea why, but I do! X
I automatically like people who smile, and Weller doesn't do much smiling, maybe that's why you don't like him. I always liked Style Council music, but never really thought too much about the singer.

I love Paul Wellers older music, but saw one interview where we was a real twat.
Musicians aren't always good speakers. I often think they like to sound a bit odd so that their fans don't think they're 'toffee nosed'.
Boy George's voice has really changed through the years!
Over used I expect.

It's one of Weller's best songs, and a bit of Boy George always goes down well.
On another tack, did you see the Who do you think you are? programme with Boy George?

I've just had a quick look, where they were talking about IRA connections, and hanging. He seems like a really nice person.

He wrote a handful of really good songs; I'll forgive him all the not so goods.
