A diverse offering twixt the interesting, the unusual, and the amusing.
Monty probably thought that your fingers were pork sausages. After all, they look like pork sausages.
PURE Pork.... Please!
Pirate still misses his Frank, a black lab. With the typical "Seefood" diet!
Trouble with dogs - they don't have our life span - and it hurts.
Labs simply have an amazing appetite. Monty could have continued eating all day long.
I go to his grave and speak to him occasionally.
I have had a few Lab granddogs and because of their love of food, I know to move my hand quickly when giving them treats. Our past beloved pets always stay in our hearts.
We call them Larderdoors. Suggest flat of hand sort of like feeding a horse.
Hilarious. Made me chuckle.
Oh man, you pulled another really good post.
Monty always tried to eat my whole hand.
That's a far better name than Labradors.
Good. He did us too.
One man and his dog!
Rick loves his treats and food but refuses to eat his breakfast until he has had his morning walk. A dog of routine I guess.
Billy has a hidden clock. At exactly mid-day he waits by his bowl for his lunch.
We often call our Roxy the shop-vac on four legs.
Our present dog, Billy (Border Collie), isn't that interested in food. He only eats because it keeps him alive.
Forgive me for laughing. Your suprise is pricless.
The love stays. Always. I'm grateful for the furfriends who have graced and enriched my life.
