A diverse offering twixt the interesting, the unusual, and the amusing.
As a study-abroad-student in Germany, I lived with a hardcore Prodigy fan from Freiburg. The daily dose got a bit old as the months wore on.
ReplyDeleteI liked the above. It was a good song on many fronts. However, I wouldn't listen to it every day!
DeleteI like this track too. Everyone who knows him is very shocked by his death and sadly his wife was away in Japan at the time. She must be devastated.
ReplyDeleteI thought she'd left him.
DeletePerhaps that's why she was in Japan.
DeleteThere were many hotter guys than him in the 90s but perhaps not so musically influential as him. Vale Keef.
ReplyDeleteI liked his dancing. He was an original.
DeleteI have a Keith Flint story. When my workshop was in town, I was a bit bored one day and decided to see if I could get a bit of mortar to stick to the ceiling by flicking it up hard with a trowel. Just as I made the upward movement Keith Flint walked by and mistook my arm movement for an adoring wave, so he gave me a friendly wave back. The mortar stuck and would be there today if they had not demolished my workshop.
ReplyDeleteI did once see someone I didn't know waving at me, so I waved back. It was only then that I realised he was waving at someone behind me. I walked away feeling like a right pratt.
DeleteNot my music taste but a sad story . Such a shame
ReplyDeleteI probably agree, but he was a very original thinker and performer, and I always like that.
