Ouch!

My grandson Finn has been practising his back-flips, unfortunately he doesn't always land on his feet.

I prescribe Vinegar and brown paper.

    1. The baby is beautiful (of course), and looks much like his older brother. Still no name!

  2. Hell, that looks painful! Did he get a few days off school at least?

    1. He's off school at the moment. He did get to ride in an ambulance though!

  3. Gosh bet he felt that. Haven't seen one like that for years...actually since my own son at about the same age had one in the same spot!

  4. Did he get a concussion? He fell hard; I'm glad he's okay.

  5. Now that is one hell of a bump, and I hope it heals soon.

  6. Ouch.....I can feel that! When I was a kid, we were playing " pod" and I was running towards the "pod post" and tripped and threw myself head first at the rather solid metal pole . I had a lump like that. It didn't properly disappear for many years. I don't think I went to hospital....probably the vinegar and brown paper!

  7. I always worry people will break their necks with a back flip. No thanks!

  13. I've heard it's better to have an outwardly swelling bump when it comes to heads. He'll have some fun watching his bruise turn different colours over the next few days! -Jenn

  14. Wow, that would have hurt! Poor thing. But what a beautiful face. Good genes will do that.

  16. I hope he learned a lesson, but I bet that won't be his last flip.

  17. Ouch! After regular use of a makeshift ice pack for weeks, I am not using a makeshift heating pad to aid the final disappearing act of the tiny remaining bump on my own forehead.

Hoping your sweet grandson will heal quickly. xo
