Lycett's fine should have been doubled because of the silly delay he caused. Parking in a taxi rank is both an inconvenience to the public and to taxi drivers seeking fares.

He did a show called 15 Storeys High (?) where he was visited by an 'evangelist'. It's hilarious.

And the Taxi driver should be fined for writing all over his car!
I've only seen the one episode with the black evangelist. I'm sure it's on YouTube.
