Summer arrives in Spring.

Harvey J and Ollie spend the day in Brighton (with Lady Magnon).

"What've you got there Ollie?".

"It's part of the English Channel!".

"What are you going to do with it?".

"Take it back to London, and empty it in the garden; then we can tell our friends that we live by the sea".

"Oh; right. Good idea!".

  1. As a child I used to run on Brighton beach, now it would be more of a hobble as those pebbles get more painful with age lol x

  2. We haven't lived at our Brighton home for many years, but when we did we never went on the beach. If the sun shone it was always over crowded.

  3. I saw a picture of the Brighton beach this weekend - well, you couldn't actually see the beach for people. That Ollie is a hoot. Love the jazzy shorts too.

  4. OH DEAR, yet again the horses are without water. The owners were away for the weekend (I think), and must have forgotten that they owned any. With the current heat wave this is NOT a good thing. Maybe today they'll remember them.

    1. Oh no! They don't deserve to own any animals. :(

  7. Ask them to count the pebbles on the beach while they are there, could you?

  9. Reminds me of the time I filled my beach bucket with seaweed and topped it with a layer of sand, then asked my grandfather to deliver the bucket to my London cousin. Apparently she screamed in horror on receiving my 'gift', she had never, ever seen seaweed before! Happy memories of the Sussex beaches.
