We obviously have at least one of the latter here in Brighton; an idiot who turns over Dustbins.
I can think of a thousand ways of spending my day, but never would it cross my mind to turn-over Dustbins.
However, some bright spark thinks this was fun. I happen to think it would be even more fun to lock him inside it for a week.

The truth is that the rubbish bin could have been flipped over by a woman or even two women in cahoots. How stereotypical to assume that the offence was committed by a male. Tut-tut!
It might even have been man/woman-handled by a member of our LGBTQUVWXYZ community. There are some beefy lads/lasses amongst them.

I've just been past again, and it's still upside-down. No-one seems bothered; or maybe they haven't noticed.
Seems odd they didn't scatter trash all around. Perhaps it's a political statement. Up is down. Down is up. You may have a genius among you. You could use this picture on your campaign posters if/when you decide to run for mayor. You have my vote. No matter I'm not a citizen. That seems to be preferred in our Blue cities. Wait! You might want to check for a body first!
A few years ago in France, all the villages signpost names had been unbolted and replaced upside down. I later learned that it had been a protest by young farmers. They are all back the right way up again now.
Are you surprised at your election results? It's being reported over here by those that tend to actually try to report the facts that it was a surprising result.
I don't think anyone is surprised at the Election result. It was to be expected. And how odd that Starmer said that he wont walk away. But what he meant to say was 'I wont resign.'
Wont be long before the Cabinet daggers come out.

As Deejohn rightly says, the result wasn't surprising. The only thing to surprise was that Starmer didn't immediately resign. I had imagined he would.
