K -K -K -Katie

My youngest son was at school with the lovely Katie (below), but not in the same 'stream'. He didn't really have much to do with her, even though they were contemporaries. However, he does remember her.

After school Katie did some modelling, and became what we call in the UK 'A Page 3 Girl'. In other words, she took her clothes off for money.

At some stage she thought she didn't look how she wanted to look, so she had bits enlarged, bits tucked, and other bits tightened. She became known for it, and seemed never to be out of the newspapers with some new trip to Poland, or Turkey, or other places, to have more cosmetic surgery.

Her nips-n-tucks all cost a huge amount of money, and what cash she'd made through her 'modelling career' soon disappeared, and she eventually became bankrupt; owing over £3.5 Million. Her 'mucky mansion' was seized, as were her pink cars, horses, and anything else of value.

So now, after all those years of 'beauty treatments', she looks like this (below).

Money well spent you might say. I'm sure by now she must have achieved her goal, and looks how she always wanted to look.

Good on yer Katie, you look gorgeous Babe. Those lips are so kissable, and that smile so appealing. It takes a lot of money to look so good!

Oh; and all your tattoos (out of view) are FAB!

  1. I take it you speak in jest.

Someone in my wider family has interfered with what nature gave her. Total mystery to me as she was very pretty. And, no two ways about it, judging by photos I have seen what surgery she had hasn't done her any favours.

I wonder what void people who succumb to plastic surgery when, medically unnecessary, are trying to fill. And, final thought, can you imagine someone like that having to face old age?

    1. It's the total obsession that I don't understand. Katie seems to be permanently at some foreign clinic or other having another 'alteration'. It's a terrible shame as she started-out quite attractive.

  2. Yeh, there's some flaw, not in her looks, but in her mind. What a pity.

    1. There must be! I'm sure I saw somewhere that's she's off again to have more done. It'll end badly.

  3. I read a meme a while ago, where they stated that Jessica Rabbit cartoon in the film with Bob Hoskins, predicted the future, it's so sad.

    1. She looked such a nice bubbly girl when she was younger, one can but wonder why she wanted to change.

  5. Words nearly fail me too....It's surely got to be a mental illness hasn't it? This total obsession with 'looks' these days. Another case in point, Michael Jackson, who was quite a good looking bloke in his early days, and then he ruined it all with the surgery he had done.

    1. Didn't he try to look like his sister? SHE must have been horrified.

  6. Words do not fail me. You posted a picture of yourself yesterday and, if I might be so bold, you would also really benefit from some "work". Perhaps a trip to Istanbul is in order.

    1. When nature created the Cro, there were certainly a few faults. However, I live with them and accept them. No nips and tucks for me!

    2. At least you could visit a hair stylist and get your beard professionally trimmed. Also - artists are supposed to wear Devonshire smocks and jaunty berets, carrying palettes and brushes wherever they go.

    3. I tried that for years, but people took me for an Onion seller.

  7. It's such a shame because she was a really pretty girl who needed no work at all and yet she has ruined her looks and made herself very unattractive. I agree that it must be a mental problem. I would not want to look like her.

    1. PLUS; it all cost a fortune. What a terrible waste of both money and good looks.

  8. This desire to adhere to some imagined image of female beauty has become a cultural contagion in the American capital. Hair, eyebrows, cheekbones, lips -- news anchors, spokespersons, cabinet chiefs all look literally baked in the same mold!

    1. It is a strange 21st C phenomenon that when young women take selfies, and 'Photoshop' the results, they all end-up looking much the same.

  9. Why does such a wholesome pretty girl decide to somehow perfect herself with plastic surgeries? Does she think, I'm not good enough? Very sad.
How can she feel very good looking as she does, multiple surgeries later?

    1. I imagine that she's now hoping to have more 'intervention' to get her back to how she used to be.

  10. Ah, Katie Price who became Jordan.

I'm surprized that you had knowledge of her (not biblical).

I feel sorry and remind myself that we should not mock the afflicted.

She's claimed that she was sexually assaulted when young. If this is true, it goes along way to explain her hypersexualization.

    1. I only know of her because she was at school with my youngest son. She's had a strange life.
