Jools Holland / Jamiroquai - I'm In The Mood For Love.
One of my favourite songs, by a favourite singer and band-leader. I did even spot the legendary late Rico Rodriguez (in the beret) playing Trombone in the background. Enjoy.
Very nice.... Jools is very good, New Year's Eve changed subtly for the better when he got the Midnight Hour ticket [plus his other shows are good]... my cuz Emily often plays cello in his band but not on this one.
A nice way to start Saturday. Thank you. We're going to see Jools Holland and his guests later this month at a small venue in London called The Albert Hall. Have you heard of it?
I met Jools Holland when I worked in the bookshop in Porthmeirion, and he was staying in one of the houses and doing some filming in the village, mid 90s. Had a great discussion about books and authors

My nephew, Roland Rivron, used to play in his backing group - thought I saw him on this but only a fleeting shot so can't be sure.
Albert Hall was a good friend of mine.
Is that Roland Rivron the Comedian? Surely there can't be TWO.

Replying to the above, I think it may have been an intensely musical few days...so to chat about books and authors could have been a relief!!
