Nancy Ska Jazz Orchestra-Hatcha!
Three bones, three saxes, three trumpets, and even a french horn. Live music outdoors on a summer's evening somewhere in France. What could be better.
Very rare to find a Ska band that sits and reads music; usually they're leaping about like a bunch of Whirling Dervishes!

A good start to the day. Not much room there to whirl about like a dervish !
There was more Dervish Whirling from the audience than the band.
From the brief shots of the audience they did outnumber the band.
I should hope so too!
Nice bright music to start the day, made me want to get up from my chair and do a whirl around as well!

Oh - I popped back and looked again and there it was - and it did indeed brighten up what is a cold windy day here.

Would be great if a band like this came and played under the arches in VdP.

They all seem to be very competent musicians.
I hope you get up and dance to this music, your favourite after all. I can't keep still when I hear it live.
I was able to find lots more of their performances (most at the same outdoor location.) The female trumpet player also sings. Thank you again.
I love LIVE music (as long as it's not rap).
What a perfect evening that would have made.
