As one baby boomer ? to another my three sons know this is the way I will want them to remember me. My 92 Yr old mum however would like "I did it my way" and she always has.
Some of my colleagues and I used to regularly sing snippets of this tune at our workplace whenever we felt the overall mood was trending cloudy grey. The sun came out every time.
Currently, whenever I exchange greetings with someone who says/asks, "How are you?," my reply is, "Better for seeing you!" So far, it's always brought a smile.

Oh dear, what's up Cro?
Absolutely, just like we always do.
Now't; just my philosophy.
That's it.
Mostly I manage it.
I couldn't agree more. We're lucky to be on the planet in the first place. Make the best of everyday and always try to have some fun.

Me too Weave.

Best wishes.
I didn't even have to play the video, and now it is in my head. LOVE this movie, too. -Jenn
Ha! I love this part of The Life of Brian! Now I'm going to be humming this song all day!
And a brilliant philosophy it is too!
My Dad was always singing this bless him. We played it at his funeral
