Those chunks of beef are HUGE. I like the idea of the mushrooms in the melted cheese. I'll pass that on to my barbecuing kids.

DeleteThey know how to cook outside on the open flame. The mushrooms look amazing. What is the sauce/cheese used on the mushrooms? They look like a great starter with wine.
