A diverse offering twixt the interesting, the unusual, and the amusing.
You're right about Lady M. I'll wait to see how the drone idea panned out for the boys and for Bok.
ReplyDeleteAlphie
They don't seem very interested; it may never happen.
DeleteI shall also wait, may be i'll think about it here too, they are still playing with Lego here, but they are growing fast.
ReplyDeleteOur two are more interested in their bikes.
DeleteHa-ha, that's funny. Hope they had a good journey down.
ReplyDeleteNo problems this time; they even arrived EARLY.
DeleteHaha....brilliant!
ReplyDeleteGreetings Maria x
Why didn't I think of it. It takes a special type of logic!
DeleteIt's woman logic Cro;)
Deletex
P.s. lovely photo and your grandson has grown into a young man!
Deletex
It's not actually one of my grandsons; but could easily be! You're right about the logic.
DeleteA young boy knocked on our door a few months ago and said that his drone had landed in our garden ..... we looked for ages and couldn’t find it ...... I wonder if he ever did find it ?!!!! Drones might be more trouble than they’re worth !!! Have fun with the grandkiderlies !! XXXX
ReplyDeleteI think they're fun for a short while, then they're quickly put aside. The same amount spent on a bike will give fun for years.
DeleteYour countryside looks and sounds so interesting and your weather is (or seems to be) permanently good - I expect they will find numerous 'boy' things to do without any
ReplyDeletehelp.
The countryside is certainly beautiful here, but it's not always the case with the weather. Still, boys usually manage to find plenty of things to do.
DeleteSounds like Lady M and son will play with drone while you and grandsons go off and make dams and campfires.
ReplyDeleteI don't think she'll be buying them one; they don't seem interested.
DeleteVery clever Lady M, although it will need to be a drone to carry cargo.
ReplyDeleteThe idea was good though.
DeleteDrones are not 'dangerous fun'! You can do all sorts of dangerous things on bikes and go dangerous places too.
ReplyDeleteCan imagine the enjoyment, yours and theirs
They are doing just that. There's no stopping them.
DeleteTHERE IS A BIG STORM GOING ON TO THE EAST, AND IT'S HEADING OUR WAY. I SHALL CLOSE DOWN.
ReplyDeleteLady M is very clever!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy those boys. :)
She has her moments!
DeleteBrilliant idea. That could be the answer to all sorts of things - tie a sausage to it.
ReplyDeleteI'll tell her you approve.
DeleteDon't fly the sausage too low - you may get a low flying dog at the same time. (We had our storm last night)
ReplyDeleteWould that be a Hot Dog?
DeleteWe had a cracker of a storm last night - you must have had it first as it came up from the south! Another one brewing just as we are going to a 70th birthday garden party!
ReplyDeleteOurs has now gone, it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I've sent it your way!
DeleteI imagine it is really fun for you having the boys to stay...enjoy every minute x
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely; I've been driving my son's big fat German car!
DeleteDo you still have the trailer (caravan) for them? I agree that the bikes would be more fun. -Jenn
ReplyDeleteYes, it's still there. I've been using it as a studio throughout the winter. Bikes are best.
DeleteUFO's in France. I now, know the real story behind the rumours. Drones and sausages. Enjoy your time with your grandkids and family.
ReplyDeleteSausage circles in amongst the wheat fields. I know what you mean!
