A diverse offering twixt the interesting, the unusual, and the amusing.
Do Freddie and Bok and you eat your breakfast together?
ReplyDeleteFunnily enough; yes. They sit looking at me, and demand bits of bacon or egg.
DeleteI have "butler's chair" just like yours, but mine is grey. Good thing, I'm very messy. Love your home, especially that bar area.
ReplyDeleteEvery home needs a bar. My chair has seen better days; I must wash the covers.
DeleteI like the colors of your house, and the animals too.Mine are the same.
ReplyDeleteA lot of red in our sitting room... it all happened by chance.
DeleteBoss, under boss and butler. What is Lady M's title?
ReplyDeleteWaitress.
DeleteDoes The Boss still have to negotiate the overnight upturned chairs on his sofa? Perhaps you have lost that 'fight'.
ReplyDeleteI've given up, and now just supply the washable sheets. I was on the losing side.
DeleteContented animals in a very cosy home. Lovely. I bet Lady M is top boss?
ReplyDeleteShe certainly thinks she is; Freddie knows better.
DeleteLoved the scenes. Dog, cat, man. A happy family and everyone knows his place
ReplyDeleteThat's just about it.
DeleteAm loving that candelabra
ReplyDeleteIt's covered in 'diamonds'.
DeleteIt's your floor that I covet - so "warm"!! (I am servant and door opener for our two cats). -Jenn
ReplyDeleteThe floor tiles come from a small nearby tile-maker. We also use their roof tiles. Nothing industrial in this house.
DeleteA loving contented home - life as it should be.
ReplyDeleteAs I write, the scene is exactly the same.
DeleteYour cat is the under-boss!? Crikey. not at ours. The cat (Dixie) is definitely in charge and the dogs know their place , as do we.
ReplyDeleteIn spirit he's the boss, but in size he's obliged to take 2nd place. Not that he would admit to it.
DeleteI love your colourful home. It looks so cosy and very friendly. I am jealous of that drawer - I don't know what you call that furniture in English.
ReplyDeleteGreetings Maria x
It's called a 'dresser'; some also have an upper part with shelves. It's extremely heavy.
DeleteThank you. X
