A diverse offering twixt the interesting, the unusual, and the amusing.
It's looking good.
ReplyDeletePicture-book perfect. It's lovely!
ReplyDelete...ditto the first two comments. Looks like you have several different plants which makes it more interesting. Is the blooming one Clematis?
ReplyDeleteI have two clematis. Montana and Nelly Moser; the easy ones. The pink flowers are actually Lavatera. All very standard fare, as I'm hopeless with flowers.
DeleteI'll look up Lavatera. Thanks.
DeleteSame for me with flowers. I did have a Mr. Lincoln rose which bloomed spectacularly for 3-4 years and then died. I think someone shot it.
Lavatera is the perfect non-gardener's plant. All you need is a tiny cutting, it grows like crazy, and flowers all summer.

ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful Cro.
ReplyDeleteAn open door as a promise, offering the mind the possibility to add to something that is very beautiful as it is now. Dreamlike.
ReplyDeleteJust lovely. It looks perfect the way it is but I understand the need to keep improving. I can't help tweaking things myself.
ReplyDeleteLooks lovely to me.
ReplyDeleteNext year may be better (you think) but this year is fine.
It's just gorgeous, Cro!
