One of my this Summer's tasks was to get the boys to draw portraits of each other. I'm hoping this will now become an annual event.
Above is Harvey J's drawing of Ollie.
And this is Ollie's drawing of Harvey J.
I think they need to hone their drawing skills a bit, but the seeds of genius have been sown!
Ollie see's the happy inside!
ReplyDeleteI think Ollie's drawing is the more accurate, even though Harvey J doesn't exactly look like that (thank goodness).
DeleteThe first one looks just like you! Family resemblance. Love the waggly ear on the second and that holiday tan
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure why they both used that Trump Tan look for the skin.
Delete"Trump Tan" hahahaha!!!!!!
DeleteUnfortunately the second one could be Tony Blair.
ReplyDeleteAnd the top one 'Trump'.
DeleteBoth boys show a good sense of humour.
ReplyDeleteThey were certainly both laughing a lot when they did them!
DeleteI like them both and got an idea for my grandchildren.Thank you Cro.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to get them to do one each year, to compare later.
DeleteThose seeds just need gentle watering now and they will take after their grandpa.
ReplyDeleteIt's always good to draw from time to time.
DeleteI thought the Trump tan was an Ozzie suntan.
ReplyDeleteN London tan!
DeleteIs Harvey J as happy as he has been portrayed ? What a lovely way to be seen. It will be great for them to do them on a yearly basis so that you can compare them all in years to come. XXXX
ReplyDeleteThat's what I thought, and framed and hung in their bedroom.
DeleteThere is some good there. Treasure them while they visit, before they find their own lives.
ReplyDeleteThey'll be horrible 'TEENAGERS' before too long, then they'll be banned.
DeleteThought the first one was Donald trump
ReplyDeleteI now see my comment wasn't original
ReplyDeleteHe even wrote Donald Trump on the bottom; I think he thought the same as you.
DeleteDear Cro, a propos of nothing please inform Lady M that I cooked an estofat de boeuf last weekend for (French) guests and it was a complete success!
ReplyDeleteLucky you. I haven't had one since I was first seduced by one! Delicious.
DeleteI also now regularly serve those parmesan biscuits you posted the recipe for at drinks parties. Keep them.coming!
