I'm feeling a bit PISSED OFF at the moment, so here is some good ole English Morris Dancing, to the musical accompaniment of the Bonzo Dog boys. A perfect combination.
I first saw the Bonzo Dogs in about 1966, at the Black Cat pub' in Catford. They were spectacular; one of the best gigs I've ever been to. Life was good, and Viv Stanshall and Neil Innes at their best.
Yet another Art College band; they seem to hold the monopoly.

Hah! I too (a long time ago) had heard the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band! I suspect far fewer folks in the U.S. have done so, though.

Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day. The band and dancers are uplifting.
Time for a cool dip in the pool my dear Cro. Then a before dinner light drink then beddy bye time. Shine in the morning after a good night's sleep.
I think 'Urban Spacemen' was quite a hit record. They were a fun band.
I don't think they crossed the pond. Very English humour, etc.
Tomorrow is ALWAYS a better day; thank goodness!
Yes, that's the answer.
Well great jolly jumpers, that was most agreeable
Nothing like a bit of Morris, and even better with the Bonzos.
Pissed off? I can offer you online counselling or anger management. My fees are very reasonable.
It's funny how many bands of the past had members with art school experience. I guess you had a band yourself. Were they called The Crobars or The Crowbars? Not that spelling mattered much to art school bohemians.
We were called The Darktown Strutters, which, I agree, was a pretty silly name.
I did once have a bar of soap named after me (seriously) called 'Crobar'.
What was the scent in that bar of soap? I am guessing pansies.
Actually, it smelt of SOAP.
I truly hope it helps anyway. :)
It will.
