Since their arrival, the boys have spent much of their time in the pool (about 6 hours yesterday).
Otherwise they've been mushrooming, dining out, playing football, torturing Bok, fighting off pirates, riding the mower, and just being nice kids.
They're only here until next Wednesday, so I'm making the most of our time together.
Lovely boys, lovely dad, happy Grumpy.
I'm so happy for you, having all your boys together for awhile! Enjoy every minute!
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful.
DeleteI think we need a three generation photo of all you boys

ReplyDeleteShort but sweet, unfortunately.
DeleteGood times.
ReplyDeleteThey certainly are, Elaine.
DeleteAren't they lucky to have a grumpy who lives somewhere so special? although I suppose getting together is not always possible..swings and roundabouts eh?
ReplyDeleteThe boys are beginning to think of here as their second home, which is nice. They keep lots of their things here, and have become friends with the local kids.
DeleteGrumpies and wee grumps have a special relationship which needs to be nurtured... glad you have a bit of nurturing time together.
ReplyDeleteWe have a great time; just been target shooting with them!

ReplyDeleteLucky you, and lucky lads to be able to have this summertime together, with the promise of more time to come.
ReplyDeleteI never knew one of my grandfathers, and the other was not particularly a fan of children. Yes, I admit to being a bit envious, but also realize I've done quite a bit of happy living since those long ago childhood memory-forming days.
I do enjoy the variety of topics in your posts!
Looks like so much fun!
