We had guests last night.
Above is Peanut Minor, whose sister Peanut Major was also in attendance.
It was their lovely mother's birthday, and I've just noticed that we forgot to give her her birthday prezzie. How stupid can one get!
Luckily not everyone walked home on their hands and knees.
It was a gorgeously warm evening; perfect weather for eating outdoors.
Go on... you're allowed to say aaaaaarh.
aaaaaarh :)
ReplyDeleteI like those nicknames too!
And those hands look a lot like my grand babies' hands. Did you think to photograph that way or was it a happy accident?
I just thought she had the most beautiful hands, and when I noticed her crawling I just had to photograph them.
DeleteAaaahhh! No warm evening for us - I lit the stove as it was pretty chilly.
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of how much I would like grandchildren!
ReplyDeleteAhhhhh fat baby arms
ReplyDeleteI still have mine
Ahhh indeed Cro. I think the photo of just the hands and arms is more effective than a whole body would have been. In my experience, grandchildren are highly embarrassed by such photographs when they get older, whereas I treasure them.
ReplyDeleteDo Peanut Minor's hands rotate through 360 degrees?
ReplyDeleteAw! Dear little pudgy baby hands. So sweet.
ReplyDeletelike little star fish :-)
ReplyDeleteThe very best kind of evening Cro, a heart memory for sure!
ReplyDeletePeanut minor and peanut major...so cute.
ReplyDeleteYou forgot to give the birthday prezzie?!?
ReplyDeleteWe delivered it the following morning, with an apology!
