Typical!

This charming, smiling, gentleman is German resident Abdel Hamid.

Amongst his other worthy attributes, his great concern for the people of Gaza led him to raise money to help with their day to day needs.

Unfortunately, like his Hamas heroes, he spent all the money he raised on himself; about 500,000 Euros.

He bought himself luxury cars, Rolex watches, and designer bags, amongst other things. The money was rolling-in, and it was spend spend spend! I believe all his ill-gained assets have now been seized by the German Police.

Hamid, who was also claiming benefits in Germany, has now appeared in court in Dusseldorf, and will no doubt receive a severe slap on the wrist.

Meanwhile over in his beloved Gaza, we hear that different terrorist factions are fighting, and killing, each other over donated aid. Hamas are no longer having all the spoils to themselves; other gangs have joined the pillage, and they all want a cut of the huge profits to be made by selling the donated food, medical supplies, etc, to the Gazan public. It used to be just the Hamas officials who filled their Swiss bank accounts, and lived in luxury accommodation, but now they're all at it.

No wonder all those Hamas supporters at Glastonbury (Bob Villain, Kneecap, and the gullible ticket-buying attendees) are cheering them on. Robbing the poor to pay the rich is the continuing way of life in Gaza, and they all think it's sooper-dooper!

Hey ho!

  1. Robbing the poor to pay the rich is the continuing way of life....
Not just in Gaza, this is normal activity across the board, millionaire owners of energy companies (eg Dale Vince) hoovering up subsidies for so-called 'green renewables' paid for by us poor plebs needing to keep our lights on.

    1. So much money has poured into Gaza in recent decades, yet the only people to get rich are the gun-toting terrorists. It's no wonder that people join them.

  2. Another thing that is happening in Gaza is that Israeli soldiers are repeatedly killing innocent Palestinian people desperately trying to access the three badly run aid stations that have been set up by the USA in conjunction with the Israeli government.

    1. That doesn’t fit the Daily Mail narrative YP.

    2. I just think that it's a terrible shame that the money given to help those in Gaza ends-up in the pockets of scoundrels. You both may not agree with me, but that's how I feel.

    3. Perhaps some of the money does end up like that for that is the way of war but the killing of innocent people seems more worthy of sympathetic attention. They are desperate to live - even in that ruined landscape. The IDF propaganda machine tries to whitewash every injustice.

    4. Some people were even sympathetic about the murder of 1,200 Israelis on October 7th, but not everyone is.

    5. p.s. I think it was the German police who nabbed Abdel Hamid; nothing to do with the IDF.

    6. I am with YP. The retaliation being dished out by Israel (of all countries ISRAEL, whose forebears once upon a time at the end of unimaginable genozide) is unbelievable. Unbelievably cruel.

Sure, 1200 were killed by Hamas. What was their point? No idea. Israel has, so far, killed 56,000 Palestinians. Indiscriminately. This doesn't hurt Hamas. It hurts people like you and me going about their daily business, bringing up children. I know you argue that Hamas has brought Israel's reaction to the October attack onto their "own" people. Well, sorry, I'd say that the Israel government has brought amazing destruction, anguish, not least death onto those who have nothing to do, have no stake, no allegiances with Hamas.

    7. No-one wants to see innocent people being killed, but don't you think Hamas organised the whole thing so that people like you could then complain about the retaliation?

    8. Cro, "people like [me]"? People who think it incomprehensible, despicable that aid/food/medical help is actively denied [by Israel] to those who have nothing to do with whatever Hamas may stand for.

Back to the drawing board, Cro. Think morale, think ethics. Think humanity.

    9. In case you were unaware, before October 7th Israel were providing just about everything for Gaza. Water, Electricity, Food, Medicine, Internet, etc. Would you continue to provide all that to people who have just slaughtered 1,200 of your citizens? Of course not!

  3. No wonder the nasty little thief is smiling. Pity he didn't buy himself a decent hat while he was squandering all that money! (Yes, I know -poor joke!)
Glad to hear that he may get his just deserts - hopefully more than a hefty slap across the wrists. Don't some countries chop off the hands of people who rob? Perhaps they should send him back.

    1. Seriously, Coppa's Girl? A man steals a loaf of bread and you condone his hand being chopped off?

To think that Jesus Christ taught to offer the other cheek when slapped. Metaphorically speaking.

      Peace, Wo/Man,

    2. Yes, certain cultures are still very primitive in the way that they deal with criminals. A friend of mine at school lived in Tehran where they held public hangings; like theatre. No doubt they still do.

  4. The loss of Palestinian life far outnumbers all the statistics. Innocent people trying to survive and remain in their Gaza homes are being persecuted and killed. There is no justice.

    1. It's all horrible, and then the aid that people send gets stolen by the thugs who rule over them. They can't win.

  5. Hamas openly admit to using human shields to cover their tracks - tunnels under hospitals etc - so perhaps someone would like to explain how the IDF are supposed to deal with the terrorists without some collateral damage? And, I would treat any numbers of casualties from them with grave suspicions+ truth is the first casualty of war.

    1. It's classic 'Terror Group' activity to gain sympathy. And as you can see by a couple of comments above, some people actually continue to believe them!

  6. Some of those gangs are funded by Israel who have'nt learnt from USA arming the Taliban.

    1. I'm not quite sure what you mean. If anything, I'd have thought they were funded by Iran. They are the biggest trouble-makers in the area.

  7. What never ceases to amaze me is the birthrate in Gaza. If my life and my family's were in constant danger, if I was struggling to feed and shelter my family, the last thing on my mind would be procreation.

    1. I've not seen anything about the birthrate in Gaza, so, like you, I do find that surprising.
