They live in old tree stumps,
in disused fallen woodpecker nests,
but mostly amongst their crops of magic mushrooms; which, if over-consumed, makes them see giant pink humans at the top of THEIR gardens. A likely tale!
A diverse offering twixt the interesting, the unusual, and the amusing.

Cro, your great spaghetti blog you posted yesterday reminded me of that old '60's duet song 'Bangers and Mash' by Peter Sellers and Sophia Loren so I posted it up on my site in your honour. Then I thought I was having a naughty moment so away it went with the fairies. Your post made me laugh but not the terribly sad bit where your friend tragically lost her life in that terrible earthquake. I feel the whole world seems to be on a knife edge at this moment in time and bits of light relief like your lovely post, helps us to cope just a little bit better. Have a great day today x
ReplyDeleteThanks Molly. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYou don't believe in ghosts but you DO believe in faeries....like I said, anything is possible.
ReplyDeleteMBJ, I'm anything but consistent!
ReplyDeleteYou should try to trap one, and see what happens. Not good.
ReplyDeleteI see a little fairy fox in the first pic and a Yoda looking little guy clinging to the wood in the second. I've had only one glass.
