Our roses and clematis have started to sprout along with many other things .... Spring is on its way. You are probably only a week behind .... the more you rush it, the quicker it will be over !!! XXXX
The Clematis has small leaves and flower buds, and our Quince is about to flower. The Peaches are ll in flower, and the Pears aren't far off. I was surprised to see, recently, a Peony in Yorkshire that was way ahead of ours!
It won't be long!!
ReplyDeleteI noticed a few flower buds on it yesterday.
DeleteYes it won't be long and you will have SUMMER and we will have winter.
ReplyDeleteStill a few months to go before we open the pool, and that's when I consider Summer to have begun.
DeleteThat first photo looks like a painting! Must be the shadow and light.
ReplyDeleteDifficult to paint. I don't think I could do much with it.
Delete21c here now.To me it also looks like a painting (the first photo).
ReplyDeleteWe dream of 21C. 3C as I write, here.

DeleteI can see a drawing in the first picture.
ReplyDeleteNot a subject for me, I'm afraid. My skills are not up to the job.
DeleteThe first one feels incredibly arty
ReplyDeleteIt's me, it's me.... I'm the arty farty one!
DeleteNeither can I. I have 50 plants sprouting in my inside greenhouse.
ReplyDeleteI love the pictures, Cro.
I've got Spring-fever.
DeleteThe gardeners were to come last week, too much wind and trim back my citrus trees but they have blooms already.
ReplyDeleteSoft rain, and snow higher up today.
cheers, parsnip
I mean buds already.
ReplyDeleteI just noticed that my Pear trees are very nearly in flower. I hope we won't have further frosts, or I'll have no fruit again.
DeleteI need some sunshine so badly.
ReplyDeleteWe had Tea outdoors again yesterday. It was really quite warm (19C).
DeleteA couple of pictures like this are worth a thousand words Cro.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait. I can feel my blood warming as soon as I see leaves!
DeleteStill got two feet of snow outside. Hopefully the meltdown will start soon
ReplyDeleteNo snow here so far this year, but I have known it snow on Easter Day. My fingers are crossed.
DeleteIf it had been on my wall it would have been blown off by now.
ReplyDeleteWe've been lucky this year. Only minor frosts, and very little destructive wind. February was almost like Summer.
DeleteWe are feeling very much the same!!! Today's bright sunshine started the process to bring us joy, I hope.
