As one baby boomer ? to another my three sons know this is the way I will want them to remember me. My 92 Yr old mum however would like "I did it my way" and she always has.
Some of my colleagues and I used to regularly sing snippets of this tune at our workplace whenever we felt the overall mood was trending cloudy grey. The sun came out every time.
Currently, whenever I exchange greetings with someone who says/asks, "How are you?," my reply is, "Better for seeing you!" So far, it's always brought a smile.
Oh dear, what's up Cro?
ReplyDeleteNow't; just my philosophy.
DeleteAnd a brilliant philosophy it is too!
DeleteAbsolutely, just like we always do.
ReplyDeleteThat's it.
DeleteMostly I manage it.
ReplyDeleteMe too Weave.
DeleteI couldn't agree more. We're lucky to be on the planet in the first place. Make the best of everyday and always try to have some fun.
