We did make grape jelly once, but it was so sweet it was inedible.Cro Magnonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06840670227576695352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-34265349252453200642010-08-18T22:23:29.488+01:002010-08-18T22:23:29.488+01:00Cro - those grapes are looking good. I made some 'black grape' jam with them last year for a change but sad to say it's still sitting untouched in the fridge! Those quince look good too.Mollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08604864977387798470noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-35779982551012037502010-08-18T21:15:03.721+01:002010-08-18T21:15:03.721+01:00'Well fed possums?' I'll probably make some juice when they're ready. Many of our apples are littering the ground right now. I tried to keep up by making tons of apple pie, but when it hit 105 outside for a whole week, I just gave up and let the birds peck at 'em.Amy Saiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00346366018143891761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-37059026330615614472010-08-18T09:57:49.328+01:002010-08-18T09:57:49.328+01:00Sad isn't it. Ours, too, willl sadly be destined for the compost heap before they get too ripe this year.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10787732343048847565noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-2777838254779211912010-08-18T07:21:17.818+01:002010-08-18T07:21:17.818+01:00We have a large mango tree in our yard.
