So glad you mentioned Sean Locke who we briefly saw on that panel show. I loved his wacky sense of humour. What a loss he was to comedy. He left us far too early.
Lycett's fine should have been doubled because of the silly delay he caused. Parking in a taxi rank is both an inconvenience to the public and to taxi drivers seeking fares.

He did a show called 15 Storeys High (?) where he was visited by an 'evangelist'. It's hilarious.
