I have however found a new version of the famous <a href="http://www.aboveandbeyond.co.uk/.opinel-no-8-outdoor-knife_3123840015786.htm" rel="nofollow">Opinel No 8 Knife</a>. It appears to be made of plastic, comes in a range of colours and has a whistle. Not made my mind up as I'm a traditionalist, however I'm sure the younger generation will love them.
