I grew up with all those pounds, shillings and pence and find the dollar (or any currency based on 100)so much easier but I still think in inches rather than cm and spend a lot of time converting. Unless they tell me a criminal's height in feet and inches I'm no help when it comes to identifying him ( really I'm no help there at all anyway, I have a terrible memory for faces !!!<br />Cheers<br />PS. I have to think in metric and Celcius for much of my job and still find myself doing the conversions.
