Ethiopian food fits the bill as well -- a lot of similar spices and ingredients. I might have to add mushrooms, though, simply because I like them in just about anything. I'd have to look up "garam masala", too, because I haven't a clue as to what that might be. Marsala wine? Now, I'd definitely go for that...

One of my favorite curry dishes is a cold chicken and pasta salad with grapes and mandarin oranges. Sounds weird, but it's really good. Good with shrimp in lieu of the chicken, too.Susan Flett Swiderskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09425315552148200073noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-9721499323031769972013-05-18T18:02:48.269+01:002013-05-18T18:02:48.269+01:00Marcia has just arrived home from town with suppli...Marcia has just arrived home from town with supplies for the shop including chicken.

I haven't eaten anything today so I am starving.

Guess what we are eating tonight...

I hope there's a good film on.Hippohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09468795398813061897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-62743059271531214622013-05-18T16:31:50.593+01:002013-05-18T16:31:50.593+01:00And so easy to prepare. And so easy to prepare.Cro Magnonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06840670227576695352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-24893897941075051772013-05-18T16:30:37.372+01:002013-05-18T16:30:37.372+01:00Looks delicious!Looks delicious!Kathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04003521059890699861noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-44946237875122994382013-05-18T13:59:06.440+01:002013-05-18T13:59:06.440+01:00No luck there then!No luck there then!Cro Magnonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06840670227576695352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-35888979882147657662013-05-18T13:46:21.057+01:002013-05-18T13:46:21.057+01:00I can find fish fingers in Waitrose, but not cross...I can find fish fingers in Waitrose, but not crossed ones.Tom Stephensonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05979590950587415840noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5227064496185547313.post-45107946552938022742013-05-18T11:54:27.117+01:002013-05-18T11:54:27.117+01:00I can imagine that this would be delicious.
